GOOGLE REVIEWS

Right from the first time that we talked on the phone to the finishing up of the inspection, David proved to be a seasoned home inspector. He was flexible with scheduling and was very thorough in his inspection. At one point he even surprised my realtor when he started inspecting electrical on how thorough he was. Overall I was very impressed and would recommend him to anyone.

-  Lovish S.

Impressed is not a strong enough word. David went above and beyond for us. His work was thorough and professional. Everything was explained very clearly as we did a 'walk-about' with him. We would recommend him very highly, without hesitation.  -  Arlene G.

David inspected our new home. We are first time home buyers and had LOTS of questions. David patiently took the time to answer them all. David was very thorough in his inspection and gave us many tips on what to look for and what to do to maintain our home. He even took the time after the inspection to email us with advice on improving our new home. We were very pleased with the service and grateful for the help!   -Kevin and Jen G.

Last minute we needed a home inspection because of how fast buying our house has gone and David was there when we needed him! His inspection was extremely thorough and he explained everything perfectly! My boyfriend is very knowledgeable about homes, but I am not as much when it comes to certain issues around a house. David took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I would fully understand even when he knew my boyfriend would know. I fully recommend David to anyone needing someone they can trust to be honest and be thorough!  -  Kaitlin

I found David through his reviews here on google and decided to work with him based on those reviews. I can honestly say that I am happy with the work David did. He was very thorough and knowledgeable.  He took his time and explained things. I would definitely recommend him if you need an inspection done.   Jason Y.

Excellent service and follow-up.  I knew Dave would get the job done as soon as I called him.  He started inspection before even getting to the house, to look up permits and other construction aspects of the home.  Thoroughly inspected the home and discussed all pros and cons.   He has provided confidence in my purchase   -  Jerry S.

David saved us from purchasing a house with multiple structural issues! He was personable and knowledgeable about the good and the bad, as well as teaching us a few things about home maintenance. We will use him for our next offer to purchase for sure! Thanks David! -  April F.
